Quality & lab testing
JellyThin is made in the USA in an FDA-registered, cGMP facility, and every production batch is tested by an independent, ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory before it ships.
Where JellyThin is made
Production runs in a U.S. facility that is registered with the FDA and operates under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). That covers documented procedures, controlled sourcing, batch records, and cleanliness standards from raw material to finished gummy.
What we test on every batch
- Identity of the apple cider vinegar and BHB ingredients via HPLC.
- Potency, confirming the acetic acid and active amounts meet the label.
- Heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury) by ICP-MS, screened to below 0.5 ppm.
- Microbial limits for total counts, yeast, mold, and pathogens, within USP limits.
- Allergen checks and non-GMO sourcing verification.
Our current batch (JT-RR-260418) was verified by Greystone Testing Labs, LLC at 99.0% of the label claim for acetic acid content, certificate GTL-COA-26-7741. You can see the headline values on the verification page.
Sourcing
We source apple cider vinegar with the mother from suppliers who document the acetic acid content of each lot, and we use pharmaceutical-grade mineral BHB salts. Beetroot and pomegranate come from non-GMO growers. Each incoming material is checked against specification before it enters production.
Quality is the process, verification is the proof
Think of this page as the how and the verify page as the result on your specific bottle. Together they let you trace a gummy in your hand back to a tested, documented batch.
