How to request a refund

Refund processing
Once we receive your returned bottles, we process the refund to your original payment method, typically within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
What is covered
The guarantee covers the product purchase price. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. The guarantee applies only to orders placed on this official portal, tryjellythin.com.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it at no cost. Photos of the issue help us resolve it faster.
Subscriptions
If you enrolled in a recurring plan, you can cancel future shipments any time before the next billing date by contacting support. Already-shipped orders follow the standard guarantee above.
